Here with Week 2 of Self-Care for the Season - Building Better Boundaries where we’re learning how to flex our “no” muscles! Now, as a recovering chronic “yes!”-woman who still struggles with saying no – I totally understand the friction felt when a line is drawn in the sand. Not wanting to hurt someone's feelings or worrying that saying no is impolite, unkind, selfish, or could negatively impact the relationship but, when it comes to your self-care values + intentions, saying “yes to someone else is saying no to your priorities, needs, and values.” And this season, we’re saying yes to YOU, first.

Setting confident, consistent, healthy boundaries is a skill that, like any other, takes practice. Dive into the free workbook this week to start getting in your reps.
